At Durocher Collision Center, we warranty the work performed for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occur under normal conditions and not due to an accident, negligence, abuse, or misuse. Specifically excluded is paint chipping caused by driving conditions.

Durocher Collision Center provides a Lifetime Warranty against defective workmanship on the following procedures: welding, all structural work, metal and plastic repairs.

Durocher Collision Center provides a Lifetime warranty an all work against peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. This paint warranty is valid only when refinishing is done over original undamaged factory finishes or over original equipment manufacturer replacement parts.

Parts used by Durocher Collision Center are the finest quality. All parts and materials used are subject to the guarantee of their supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. We guarantee that no replacement parts other than those supplied by your original equipment manufacturer were used without your authorization as noted on our estimate.

Specifically excluded are any incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not covered by this warranty. Consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair are not included on this warranty.
